1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes up to 2-3 Business days. However, we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible upon receipt. Processing occurs Monday-Friday excluding holidays. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day.)
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages will be shipped via USPS.
2. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please remember to check your spam folder. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 days of placing your order please contact customer service at :

3. Can I make changes to my order?
To ensure the fastest processing and delivery, orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
4. May I return my order?
Yes, we are pleased to offer returns on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS of your order being delivered. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that remain in their original condition (extensions cannot be tampered with in any way)! We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your hair.
Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defective in any way or a return will not be issued. Raw Hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the hair seal on the bundle has been broken!
5. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Hair Sophistication security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank card within 24-48Hrs after we initiate the refund.
6. May I make a exchange?
Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Hair Sophistication hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, combed (including finger combed), brushed, worn or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
All Sales are final on custom coloring.
